Professional Development

Joining IBC allows our members to carve out a smaller community within the campus, and develop friendships that extend outside of organization events. IBC family grows closer through socials and treks, can’t wait to see our family grow!

Community

Our philosophy and mission focuses heavily upon helping our members achieve their professional development goals. Members are able to take advantage of this through workshops, our professional development database, and access to experienced upperclassmen.

Networking

Being a member of IBC enables one to join an network of intelligent and motivated students dedicated to making a social impact. Likewise, grants access to alumni working a variety of competitive fields for information and referrals about their industries/roles. IBC connects members to the alumni through panels and events.

We help clients reach their full potential and overcome their issues, which in turn allows them to directly affect their customers or program recipients. Few other opportunities in college allow students to make such a tangible impact on real, social impact organizations
